Last updated 2026. These terms cover purchases and the Fidget Fam Club monthly subscription.

The Fidget Fam Club subscription

The Fidget Fam Club is a single recurring monthly subscription for one curated sensory box per month.
Your first month is $25.00 thanks to an automatic $5 introductory discount, and includes a free bonus fidget.
From the second billing cycle onward, the subscription renews automatically at $30.00 per month until you cancel.
Shipping is a flat $8.99 per month for every subscription box, shown as a separate line before you pay. Sales tax is calculated from your shipping address and shown as its own line item.
Boxes ship between the 5th and 10th of each month once that month's payment has processed.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for — you keep that month's box, and no further charges are made.
Subscription refunds: we refund or replace any box that arrives damaged, incomplete, or lost in transit if you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Because boxes are curated surprises, we do not refund shipped boxes for reasons of preference. If a renewal charged in error, email us within 7 days and we will refund it in full.

You are charged today for your first box, then on the same date each following month.
Payments are handled by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your saved payment method.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries automatically. If it keeps failing, the subscription may be canceled.

You can cancel at any time from your account page or the Stripe customer portal — no contracts and no cancellation fees.
Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month's box.
Once a monthly payment has processed, that month's box still ships to you.

Boxes ship between the 5th and 10th of each month to the shipping address on your subscription.
Keep your shipping address current in the billing portal — we are not responsible for boxes sent to an out-of-date address.
Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

If your box arrives damaged or an item is missing, email support@fidgetfam.com within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it.
Because boxes are curated surprises, we cannot accept returns of opened items for reasons of preference.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Our products are intended for sensory play and entertainment only, for ages 3+ unless stated otherwise, and must be used as intended.
Choking hazard: some products contain small parts and are not intended for children under 3. Adult supervision is recommended for younger children, and products should be kept away from infants and pets.
Allergy disclaimer: products may contain silicone, rubber, latex, foam, TPR, plastic, pigments, fragrances, colorants, adhesives, and other sensory materials. Review the product description before purchasing and use discretion if you have known allergies or sensitivities.
Misuse — including eating, biting, chewing, puncturing, tearing, heating, or using a damaged product — is outside the intended use of our products and voids any replacement.

By purchasing and using Fidget Fam products, you acknowledge that sensory toys carry inherent risks, including choking on small parts and reactions to materials, and you accept responsibility for selecting age-appropriate products and supervising their use.
Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fidget Fam is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, misuse, accidental ingestion, choking incidents, property damage, or any damages resulting from improper use or failure to follow product instructions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is not permitted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts located in Georgia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rules of your place of residence.

We may update these terms. Material changes to pricing or billing will be communicated by email before they take effect.
