Last updated 2026. This policy explains what Fidget Fam collects, why, and what control you have.

Information we collect

Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number (optional), and shipping address.
Order and membership details: what you bought, subscription status, renewal dates, and order history.
Marketing preferences: whether you opted in to our emails, when you opted in, and where you opted in from.
Basic technical information such as your browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.

To process your order, deliver your monthly box, and manage your subscription.
To send transactional messages such as order confirmations, payment receipts, shipping notifications, renewal reminders, and cancellation confirmations.
To send marketing emails about new drops, box reveals, discounts, and giveaways — only if you opted in.
To provide customer support and to prevent fraud or abuse.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles card data under PCI-DSS standards.
Stripe shares limited details with us (name, email, shipping address, amount, subscription status) so we can fulfil your order.

Marketing emails are strictly opt-in. Consent is never pre-checked, and we store the exact date and time you opted in together with the form you used, as required by email marketing laws such as CAN-SPAM.
Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribe requests are honoured automatically and permanently — you can also email support@fidgetfam.com to be removed.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional emails about orders you have placed or an active subscription.
We only email addresses that were given to us directly by the person who owns them. We do not buy, rent, or scrape email lists.

We share data only with service providers who help us run the store — payment processing, order fulfilment and shipping, email delivery, and hosting.
We never sell your personal information.

We keep customer and order records for as long as needed to run the business and meet legal and tax obligations.
Data is stored on secured, access-controlled infrastructure.

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law.

Our products are enjoyed by kids, but purchases must be made by an adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
